Joel Upton. Has a strong work Ethic, determination, and a positive attitude. He is experienced in many different vocations, the one he enjoys the most is welding. He worked up through the ranks of the Union Boilmakers to eventually become a foreman while obtaining certifications from 30 different welding companies. After his time with the Boilmakers, Joel began working for the City of Clarksville, TN. He also worked his way through the ranks of the City, and eventually became the Chief Building Inspector. Joel is certified through the International Building Code. Joel has taken the hard work, planning, organizing, and professionalism from his past into his own business. He loves what he does and that spreads into his employees. Joel founded Tristate Services LLC in 2018. With just a few borrowed tools, a Ford Mustang, and determination, Joel grew his business to what it is today. Tri-state now provides service to most of the Continental United States. Tri-State has provided services for churches, private homes, and commercial companies (Walmart, Home Depot, Walgreens, and Amazon to name a few). Tristate has earned the respect and confidence in the Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana areas, as well as all the places it has provided service to. The success of this company is due to the self-less leadership of Joel and his vision of seeing a better world, one service at a time.
